Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sarahdelongduhon@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with the supplier to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is placed, it is sent to production quickly. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible, and we will check with the supplier, but changes are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
