It took me a while to identify this lichen because it typically does not show these colors! Lecanora subpallens, or Pink-Eyed White-Rim is usually pretty boring, with whitish apothecia (cups) covered by a membrane. In this photo, I think the lichen has started to die as the membranes are disappearing and the interior discoloring. There's also a sneaky turkey tail in the corner!
